When I had almost given up ever selling my property, I stumbled across Meyers and the lovely Bex from Meyers Poundbury who wrapped me up in her enthusiasm and professionalism and assured me she would find me a buyer, all I had to do was trust her and let her do it. That is exactly what she did. Dan and Patrick were a pleasure to help find and buy our home with. Dan was friendly and not pushy when showing us around. His knowledge of the property and local area showed his in depth experience. Patrick then followed this up with efficient organisation, chasing things up and keeping all parts of a complex, changing chain moving along with ease. Patrick absorbed pressure off us when we were organising our wedding and on honeymoon. If there was a sixth star I would have chosen it too. Brad was selling my house in Marnhull and did a wonderful job. At every point he went far beyond the call of duty even ensuring my removal day went smoothly as I was away. Since the sale he’s even liaised between me and the buyer over mail that was accidentally delivered. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brad to anyone as a professional and more importantly straightforward and honest estate agent and indeed person.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueBy the time we had found Meyers we had totally lost all faith in Estate agents. We had tried several local to us (some big names in Dorset) and we were continually let down by poor candidate checks, disorganised viewings, poor advertising and that we were certainly not receiving the service promised.We were told to try Meyers by two friends and they did not disappoint! They had to deal with the fact we were very untrusting and disillusioned by our previous experiences with three other agents. Alex and his team were fantastic and kept us up to date every step of the way. Nothing was too much for them and they found serious buyers who were not going to mess us around again.I have absolutely nothing but praise and gratitude for Meyers and would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell/buy. They will not let you down!

Simply the best

Jon Williams (Weymouth) handled our sale and we had the utmost faith in him. When our buyer pulled out it was devastating for us, but Jon did everything he could to get us another buyer and I’m glad to say it all ended happily. Jon is really easy to get on with and has a sense of humour. He kept us informed using WhatsApp, which I thought was a great idea. He answered any questions we had promptly. It was a difficult purchase as paperwork from the other parties took ages to come back which delayed things massively - unfortunately out of mine and the estate agents control. Brad was great at chasing things and getting back to me promptly with an update. He also went the extra mile and made it possible for my Nan to visit the flat before she past. Once completed he dropped to keys directly to me to save me the journey to the office. Fab and friendly service

Suzie was simply outstanding from the start of the process. My wife had engaged lots of the 'old breed' of estate agents, and to be honest they were boring, expensive and it seemed as if we were doing them a favour. She found Suzie who was the complete opposite; full of energy and passion from the start. We engaged the services of Suzie and she never let us down. Great photos, superb pitches on the usual selling sites. However, it was her immediate video on social media that found our buyers. Selling our home was not just about finances, we wanted to make sure the new owners were nice and would fit into village life. Not only did she out perform our financial expectations, the new owners are lovely.

Despite a torturous end of the deal…

Despite a torturous end of the deal where we spent 2 weeks being told by all and sundry that exchange would happen 'today' everyday, overall Meyers Estates performed brilliantly. Pauline kept us in touch with matters relating to the delay in exchange. Having to reduce our price because the buyer was knocked down on their price of sale was a bit of a blow. But thank you Mark for doing all you could and staying in touch through the process.

My husband and I recently purchased our first house through Meyers in Shaftesbury. Throughout the process, Brad was professional, friendly and helpful; he kept us in the loop with the sellers throughout and made sure we were informed of any and all relevant information as we progressed. We were given ample opportunity to view the property and Brad was very accommodating with fitting us in for viewings around busy work schedules and tenants residing in the property. We never felt rushed or hurried and Brad was able to answer all of our questions about the property itself, and the surrounding area.

I would not hesitate to recommend Meyers Estate Agents, Poole for the excellent support they gave myself and my sister during the marketing and selling of our late parents home. They gave good advice about marketing and pricing based on good local knowledge. We were constantly kept up to date about viewings and potential buyers. Neither of us were local so we were completely dependent on the Meyers team. They hand held us all the way eventually leading to a buyer and a suitable price. The whole team were fab but the icing on the Meyers cake is their sales progression service - Emily - who kept us informed and supported through a prolonged and stressful process eventually leading to completion.

If I could give 6* I would..

My partner Megan and I have nothing but praise for Meyers. Having had an awful experience with another local estate agent, you could say we were a bit apprehensive with having to start viewings again. Thankfully we were the lucky ones out of 11 other families who viewed this particular house and as of the 29th March we have now moved in. Our particular lettings agent Amy was great throughout, whatever we needed we had an answer or it was sorted quickly for us, which in today's climate helps take the stress out of sorting out contracts, payments and general go between from us and the landlord. To top off a great process, we have received a new home card from Amy and a bottle of prosecco which is a great little touch! Both Megan and I would like to thank Amy and the rest of the team for a good experience and we will be definitely looking to use Meyers in the future.
