Today I experienced a 5 star world class service from Hill. "Falk" has been doing a wonderful job for us. His positive attitude, technical knowhow and kindness impressed me the most. Claire Wiggins, the customer service officer, is very patient listening to the issue I mentioned and promptly retrieved relevant emails so that we understand what the situation was, and immediately arranged her colleagues to come over to deal with the issue within 20 min. It is really top-notch.
