What fantastic spec houses this company builds. Coming from a new build to then this one has just been a massive upgrade for my family. But the added magic the experience was the after sales team I would like to give a special mention to particular individuals which are Laura who done the hand over and Kish who is site manager where my home is now. They have both gone above and beyond to sort and issues weather small or big and really made our new house a home. I would highly recommend this developer in the future.

I bought a house from Hill in a lovely new development. The initial sales and customer service experience was excellent! There have, however, been a few issues since moving in (probably more than I expected) but Kish (site manager) in particular has been great in helping to resolve issues. No problem has been too big or small and they have been quite responsive. The service from some of the subcontractors has varied. The follow-up customer service visits were useful. It would be good to have another one after a year or so when we’ve properly settled. Overall, I’ve been very pleased with this developer.

One of the big ticket items was to paint the entire living room ceiling after some high quality repair work by done by Peter. Both gents were highly professional and handled our furniture and living room goods with care. This is not a review of the people working for Hill. All contractors working for Hill were excellent. This is a review on the company. We experienced a wet wall that then developed black mold less then an year after the build was finished. Hill dragged their feet and then eventually settled to paint over the wet wall. This is just an example of my interactions with Hill which always let me feeling their business model doesn't give a crap about the people who bought property and their health, safety and comfort.

Peter miller came to carry out our end of defects works. I was working from home. He was so quiet and respectful it was as though he wasn’t there, so it didn’t feel intrusive. He tidied up as he went which made a big difference as it again didn’t feel intrusive to our hope. He was also super friendly and did a great job.
