GoogleBen, Rachel and the team worked with us to sell a tricky probate property at the time of economic crisis in late 2022. They managed this all brilliantly and I was always confident that they had our interests as their priority. Strongly recommend.

GoogleFabulous fully managed lettings service from Ketz in the Watford office. Just managed a whole new bathroom project for me - choosing all fittings, tiles & flooring, dealing with plumbers & tenant etc. Stress free for me at a v busy time, so grateful! Ongoing management also spot on every month.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic Estate Agents - would highly recommend them to anyone moving home! All the staff were so friendly and efficient. Every query was answered and if they did not have the answer they investigated and phoned us back straight away. Unlike other Estate Agents who once they make the sale are not as helpful and are always unavailable or do not call back - Dey King and Haria are with you all through the sale until completion assuring you all the way and are genuinely happy for you once you collect the keys and move in - and thank you for our gorgeous moving in gift. Thank you especially to Caroline and Sophie for all your help! Five Stars 🌟

He handled the chain expertly and kept us in the loop at all times. Our house sold very quickly, and at asking price, at least partially down to the great job done by DKH. Would heartily recommend if you are marketing in future.
