GoogleFor someone who recently moved to the UK from Canada, I had a really bad experience with many letting agents when I first arrived (from terrible communication to outright scams). Working with Ben and Rachel from DKH was very different; I felt as though I could trust them from our first interaction--and I'm glad I did. They provided a top-notch, personal service and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Often where larger agents couldn't. They are a growing agency that still offer a small agency service, always answer the phones, always give a great service. 5 stars from me.

From start to end, we had regular clear communication, they were really transparent with what was going on and Ben even stepped in to facilitate a few conversations over some legal queries that were slowing things down.
