Joshua at DKH has been absolutely amazing and played a huge part in helping us with our recent house purchase. He attended all of our viewings across multiple properties and was always incredibly helpful in getting answers to all of our questions. Whenever we wanted to arrange another viewing, Joshua was prompt and accommodating, making the whole process feel as easy and stress-free as possible. He was always a pleasure to speak to, incredibly patient and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. His friendly and professional approach really made a difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful process. Ben oversaw everything from start to finish and managed the entire process with professionalism and care, nothing was ever too much trouble. From the very start, Ben and Joshua were a delight to deal with. They were approachable, friendly, and did everything they could to secure a buyer for my home. Their professionalism and effort really stood out during the process. A special mention must go to Hannah, the sales progressor. She is truly incredible - fast, efficient, and completely on the ball. After nearly a year of stress, delays, and a very long property journey, we finally completed on our new home this Monday, and I honestly can’t thank the team at DKH Rickmansworth enough. What makes this even more impressive is that they weren’t even my estate agents, they were acting for the sellers. Yet throughout the entire process, Josh, Hannah, and Beth treated me with the same care, communication, and professionalism as if I were their own client. There were times during this move where things became incredibly frustrating, but DKH were always helpful, responsive, reassuring, and genuinely seemed to care about getting the move over the line for everyone involved. In all honesty, I had a far better experience with them than I did with my own estate agents. The team went above and beyond from start to finish, and even the thoughtful gift at the end was a really lovely touch after such a long slog. The whole team at DKH Ricky were fantastic in helping us secure our home after a 3 year house hunt. Ben was supportive and informative throughout the offering process, and once our offer was accepted, Hannah in the sales progression team was so proactive with solicitors on both sides to make sure everything moved along as quickly and smoothly as possible. Their help and expertise meant the sale went through as early as it could have done and their communication throughout was fantastic. During the sales process, Josh was so helpful and accommodating in showing us around the property as we made plans for renovations, and we felt like the whole team couldn't do enough to help. Really happy we used Dey King and Haria for the sale of our house. We dealt with Ben who was friendly, professional and very patient throughout. The initial marketing of the property was excellent. The photography and video were as good as I’ve seen from any agency. Following an open day we accepted an offer on our house within a week. The price agreed was in line with our expectations and exactly what Ben said we could expect. Interestingly we were looking at a property that wasn’t marketed by Dey King and Haria as they had valued it lower than another estate agent. We ultimately didn’t put in an offer but we know it sold 18 months later for the exact price Ben initially valued it at. After our initial chain fell through, Ben ensured everyone was aware of next steps, he kept our buyers interested and eventually after 18 months we now have exchanged on a different property. My experience was a professional, friendly, team who know the area, set realistic expectations on price and offer help and insights that aren’t part of their job (but very much appreciated.) I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

I recently completed the sale of a property belonging to my deceased parents. Rachel in particular, as well as Ben, were instrumental to the sale of the property. Their handling of the sale was extremely professional achieving the desired sales price quickly, then continuing to oversee and check-up on the house as the sales process took over a year due the untimely death of my parents and the wait for the grant of probate. During that period Rachel was the glue that kept the sales process going. Her communication, to both the buyer and myself, was always personable, timely, and most importantly positive. She went well beyond her job scope providing regular access to the property to allow the buyer to create plans for the property, and offering to regularly check on the house, switch on the heating, etc, over the winter months while we waited for probate to complete. I would not normally write a review however I have been so impressed by Rachel, and the DKH Rickmansworth team, for their dedication, support, professionalism and just being 'great people'. I would highly recommend DKH. I researched four different estate agents based in Croxley Green and Rickmansworth, and DKH stood out in every way above the others. Having been through a long probate sales process made difficult by the ineptitude of HMRC and the Probate Office, I haven't changed my opinion. Ben King is excellent at his job - he has integrity, an excellent judgement of character (important when assessing similar offers from different potential buyers), a firm and realistic understanding on the market and the best strategies to use to get the best outcomes for his customers. DKH also acted (unprompted) as my property manager, as I was selling my late mother's house from a distance - checking in regularly, organising work on the house when it was needed, even reading the meters for me to save me a trip down, and doing this all as part of the service (thank you Caroline!). I would recommend DKH without hesitation - you'll get honesty and good service and good value.

Grace was immediately accommodating, taking the time to listen to our needs and suggesting properties that matched. This included properties that were being sold off market, so we were pleased to have visited in person. Grace worked very quickly and later that afternoon we had viewings booked for several properties a few days later.
