GoogleI highly recommend Swift Property's services. I've recently returned to the UK, having left the running of my flat in their very capable hands over the last 4 years. The tenants moved out one day and I moved in the next - secure in the knowledge that the flat had been managed to a very high standard. Swift offer a very reassuring service with regular inspections and prompt notifications and repairs, with both the tenants' and landlords' interests at heart.

GoogleHaving instructed Daniel Lees over a couple of years in the letting of my flat in Wimbledon Park, I would not hesitate to recommend him. I have found him to be professional and conducts himself with a level of integrity that makes him a pleasure to deal with. I have always been pleased with the quality of the service he offers; he notes the requirements I have of a tenant and has always complied with instructions. He always keeps me updated of progress and has realistic expectations of rental income etc. I find his fees to be competitive and would definitely continue to use Roost Property in the future.

GoogleI have been using Roost property for my flat in London for the past year and they have been absolutely fabulous - in fact I have already recommended them to many friends and colleagues. Daniel and company provide an incredibly professional service - they are very proactive about finding tenants and all interactions with the team have been great. I live overseas so I find it really helpful to have peace of mind that my property is being well managed and that everything is under control. I was also surprised at the very reasonable rates given what high street agencies charge for a much lower standard of service.

GoogleI'm based overseas and are not around to look after and manage my property. That's where Roost Property comes in! They provide a professional service tailored for my needs. Their worth has been shown a number of times...especially in the times when there's a crisis with the property or tenants....they act swiftly and resolve the issues whilst keeping me up to date. I appreciate their personal touch. Roost's service gives me real piece of mind!

GoogleGreat agency. I rented a flat in Wimbledon for over a year. They were prompt to help all the time. I had a few requests during the tenancy and the agency/landlord were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.
