I must start by saying that I have a general dislike of 'Agents' of any kind!! We were one of Roost's first customers, having known Dan before we had the assurance that he was a positive, optimistic, diligent, kind of guy who did everything with a spirit of excellence. Over what is now 4 years, Dan has been ruthlessly efficient, attending to the smallest of details with great energy and enthusiasm. We have been through an experience with a previous set of tenants which wasn't ideal at all, and I can only commend Roost, and Dan specifically for the way this was handled! If you want peace of mind, especially when you feel far away I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roost. I don't believe you will find an estate agent on the planet who comes close!

Roost Property has been managing my property for over 3 years. They have successfully found 3 tenants for me in this period and then provided a full property management service. I have been extremely happy with the professional service from Daniel and his team - they have dealt with any issues quickly and efficiently and have kept me updated at every stage. I value Roost's "hands on" approach in finding pragmatic and cost efficient solutions (which is unusual among property management firms in London in my experience). Their preferred contractors/service providers for repairs and maintenance work provide good service at reasonable rates. I would highly recommend Roost to anyone looking for a property management service.

Roost have been managing our property for 4 years while we have been living in Australia. We have had absolute confidence that our property is managed with integrity and a level of professionalism that is rare these days. Roost have handled incoming and outgoing Tenants, minor repairs and a complete kitchen refurbishment for us. They have been professional, honest and courteous on every occasion, setting out the options and costs in an unbiased way and allowing us to make the final decisions. Through it all we have had complete peace of mind, knowing that we are in the best possible hands, all the while being on the other side of the world. Roost also liaised expertly with our Selling Agents and Solicitors during our recent sale. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even having to clean up left items in the loft and prepare the property on our behalf, before Completion. Roost Property have been managing my Hampton Hill flat for the past (almost) 4 years. Highly recommend Swift. They are as advertised: swift, professional and responsive. They handled everything for our Kensington flat from pre-tenant repairs and decorating, to removing a cat flap!
