From beginning to end, Swift Property has been nothing short of perfect! At the start of my tenancy, the attention to detail and consistent updates kept me feeling calm and informed throughout what can be a very stressful process. During the tenancy, we were always notified in advance when repairs were needed, and when the oven broke, the team had it replaced within days. At the end of the tenancy, they were incredibly helpful. Marlize and Liesel were my main points of contact, and they were fantastic.

Where to start with Swift.....to say they have exceeded all expectations would be an understatement! We rented a flat in London and stayed for 6 years, and the biggest compliment I can give Swift is that it always felt like we were not renting but it was our Home (that is a big part of the reason we stayed so long)...Always made you feel welcomed and felt like they put us first (which I think is definitely unique to other companies). Always quick to reply with anything we needed, with excellent service! Very special shout out to Nicky who was with us the whole time and always helped us with absolutely everything! Just a brilliant company, much more than just Lettings Agents, and would definitely not have had the same experience that we did with another company. Thank you to Daniel for first showing us round and to Jackie as well for always making the viewing process at the end so smooth and as least intrusive as possible! An amazing firm to get my wonderful apartment from. Jacki was responsive and was honest in the viewing of the place, no hard selling. The check in was fuss free and easy, they were so helpful and kind. Upon signing lease, Daniel continue to be very responsive and ease me into moving in from overseas from Singapore. During my stay, the property manager Nicky was prompt and organised work to ensure I have a wonderful functioning place, the property was so well maintained and that greatly improved my experience. Swift was also very excellent in service when I check out, I ensure the place was professionally cleaned and Swift was fair in ensuring i got my deposit as the amount. In checking out process, they made known all expectations and if the tenant does as required, all deposits are returned fairly and any prorated rent are also calculated fairly, if the situation needed a pro rate rental. As I have read many horror stories of how some agent would find little excuse to impose fines and deductions. With Swift, I have nothing to say but excellent service. I wish I could use them more, but unfortunately I am leaving UK.

My experiences with Daniel (from Swift Property) are above and beyond any other real estate experience in London. Between us, my husband and I have probably moved in London 10 times, and we were becoming increasingly disillusioned with the level of service & lack of appropriate accommodation being provided. We came across Swift Property by chance online, and since our first contact, Daniel Lees (our property agent) has been absolutely fantastic. His communication, willingness to find the right property for us & ease to work with means that I highly recommend this individual. I can't stress this enough - avoid the bigger agencies, you're just a number to them. I'm a tenant in an apartment managed by Roost. Daniel and his team have been really impressive, right from Day One. Both the first and second viewings were relaxed, and not the mad rush that often happens. Also, both the new owner and I were thinking of some minor improvements to the flat, and Roost did a great job of finding an intelligent balance between our various needs, then arranging the necessary works at a time that worked for everyone. I feel they also did an excellent job of representing the owner's interests, so I'd happily recommend them to both Landlords and Tenants.
