I recently booked via Airbnb a property for a new nights. There was an issue at check-in HOWEVER the level of service provided was exceptional. In business we always have moments that fail to deliver, but the way you respond is what makes a company special. We were impressed with 1- Quality of the furnished apartment, its accessibility to a wide garden on the Thames 2- Utilities included within our contract, quality of the furniture, good storage 3- Location that is a 3 mins walk to Richmond center, 4- and most importantly the customer care and professionalism from Smart Rent team from start to end. We had the apartment for over 5 months, i think these were the best 5 months we spent in Richmond. We recently rented a property through Smarter Rent. The company provided an excellent service, flexibility, and guidance throughout the process. Moving to a new accommodation can be a stressful experience (particularly when you want to rent short term and if you have a pet), but Smarter Rent was very communicative and helpful. The house we are renting is fully furnished, equipped, clean, and tidy. Truly home to home feel/experience. Little details such as welcome goodies were lovely and thoughtful. I would like to mention Abbie Cave (Lettings Negotiator) in particular. Abbie was incredibly helpful, understanding and kind from the very beginning of the process. When we moved in, she really went out of her way to make sure that we got what we needed, whether it was a light bulb, Wi-Fi connection or any additional support needed. She even came over and brought some equipment. Abbie is making sure that we feel comfortable in our accommodation. She always conducts herself in a very professional and friendly manner. She is very approachable and reliable; we really appreciate all her input. We would highly recommend Smarter Rent 😊

Only good things to say about the team at Smarter rent! From the first encounter with Adrien I have felt confident in their abilities to help me with the rental of my Shepperton home. Adrien was very patient with me during the process and took the time to educate me on what to expect. Lisa helped transform the home from unfurnished to a home people love to stay at. Their photographers are magicians. They make any pokey hole look like an inviting home. They rarely “ know the accurate square meterage” of the property but are happy to vouch for its size. Until you move in and realise that it is impossible to use the diningroom table they photographed in the space provided. Why would 3 people want to move into a space barely big enough for 1?

We were looking for a place where our parents could feel truly at home, somewhere clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. This stay exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless and well-organized, with every detail taken care of, from beautifully pressed linens to modern appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. It felt welcoming from the moment they arrived. One of the best parts was how pet- and kid-friendly it was. Our family dog settled in right away, and there was plenty of space for the grandkids to visit. It struck the perfect balance between comfort, practicality, and style. The team at Smarter Rent have been absolutely brilliant. We needed a short-term let on short notice as we had a massive house fire. It was difficult finding a suitable property in Maidenhead that welcomed dogs, but as soon as I contacted Smarter Rent, they were incredibly helpful. They had a property that hadn't yet come on the market and they did all they could to get it ready for us ASAP so we didn't have to stay with friends for too long. The property itself has modern furnishings, is tastefully decorated and has everything we need. The cleaning team do a fantastic job and have been flexible with schedules. Special shout out to Yusuf, our contact in the main office, who's always quick to respond to any niggles and always happy to help if we need anything.

We recently rented a property in Bracknell - Flycatcher Keep as our home was under renovation. Their customer service was incredible from the moment we reached out. The property is extremely clean, organized, and well taken care of. The linens, amenities, and other details were top notch. Upon checking into the home, we were delighted to see that all the linens were beautifully pressed, the furniture was modern and functional and all appliances were new and impeccable. We had to extend a couple of more days and right away their staff assisted us with this. I highly recommend them as this experience and customer service were incredible.

My daughter and I had a lovely time in your well equipped townhouse at Brushfield Way. Very conveniently located --walking distance to both large and smaller grocery stores and right near wonderful parks and the Basingstoke canal path to walk the dog. Our schedule was always changing and Yusuf was very accommodating to all our requests to extend our time. His flexibility was much appreciated. Thanks again

What an incredible 5 month stay at a furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath flat in Richmond! After talking with Adrian,we booked it sight unseen and it was exactly as described in the posting. A couple weeks in, we had a plumbing issue that was resolved in a timely manner and otherwise have had no problems. Communications with Smarter Rent are excellent. The location is perfect, the accommodations are very comfortable and the private gardens are beautiful. Hope to return someday!
