I have used JS for letting and managing my property for over 20 years and they have always been excellent. The team makes a huge effort to ensure everything is going smoothly and gives useful advice and suggestions in the process. A special mention goes to Tom (lettings) and Jess (property management) for doing a brilliant job in a recent letting/re-decoration of the property.

Alice Creighton from Jackson - Stops visited my property last month, she was on time , polite and professional . Alice accompanied me around the property and listened to the problems I had . I felt very supported as she took photos and listened. After Alice’s visit I was quickly contacted by the relevant professionals to complete the works, I was really impressed at how quickly this was arranged . I had to contact Alice a few times with a couple of queries over the past few weeks and her reply has always been quick and informative, and minor problems solved instantly .I’m very impressed with the service that Alice provided , and feel secure that any future issues dealt with just as efficiently.

Our objective last October when we approached Jackson-Stops to market our property was to achieve a sale as soon as possible. Market conditions were not favourable and even deteriorated over the winter months. Despite this, Karl Ormerod approached the challenge professionally, liaising with us throughout the process and communicating regularly (not always during standard office hours).
