I recently had to sell my late parents property in Richmond. I was recommended Irvings, and they provided an excellent service. The property was realistically valued to reflect the current situation in the housing market, and obtain the best price. Irvings were very efficient in getting the property onto the market, and their marketing must have been 1st class, as the property sold within the first week. As the property was unoccupied, Irvings arranged all the viewings, and provided a representative to accompany potential buyers. Throughout the selling procedure I was kept fully updated with viewings, buyer feedback and offers. After the sale had been agreed, the buyer wanted repeated viewings, in order to ascertain improvements/modifications they wished to undertake in the property. Irvings facilitated all these viewings. Not only a 1st class service to me as the seller, but also an excellent service to the buyer. Irvings also recommended a local solicitor to conduct the sale, from whom I also received excellent service. Irvings are a family business, they provide a very professional, helpful and friendly service. They clearly understand the housing market and will guide customers through the whole process. Highly recommended.

I was advised, whilst selling my brother's house, to use Irvins. As I live a significant distance from Richmond, I had to go on trust. From the initial meeting I knew I had made the right choice. No hassle was too much for them, email enquiries were dealt with very quickly and I found the staff to be only too willing to help. When there was a query about potential "damage" to my property they even went back through their records and traced photos from an adjacent property to reassure me that there was no damage and that it had been a feature for some time. I received regular updates on who, when and any feedback from visits and this reassured me that things were on track. It is a shame that they don't have a branch in our area where I live. I have contacts in a local estate agent and whilst asking advice I was reassured that he said "they know what they are doing, you have a very good agency there". If I could award 6 stars I would. Be assured they are good. If they were not I would say so straight away!
