We have just completed our sale. It's been quite a long process involving one lost buyer, one lost purchase, and lots of delays (none of which caused by Antony Roberts!), but Jordan at Antony Roberts has been superb throughout. Very supportive and keeping everyone happy and calm and pulling the right direction to get the sale/purchase over the line. Estate agents can have a bad name but the usual stereotypes do not apply to Jordan - we would highly recommend him and all of his colleagues that we dealt with over the last 10 or so months. Thanks!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Very professional, they have helped us sell our house despite all the difficulties of the current Brexit-uncertain market. Always present when needed Matt has been extremely helpful and offered valuable advice at all times. Recommended.

I have used Antony Roberts for both the rental and sale of my property and I have been impressed on both counts. Matt especially, is someone I would highly recommend as he works over and above the usual role of an estate agent, trying to ensure situations are resolved quickly with an outcome that works for all parties. Therefore, when recommending estate agents in the Richmond area, the team at Antony Roberts are definitely the one I would prioritise.PositiveProfessionalism

The service we received from Matt and Jordan at Antony Roberts was quite exceptional. It was a difficult situation for me as I was selling the family home following my mother's death and the sensitivity with which this was handled went a long way to easing the upset. They advised and communicated at each stage, showing tremendous integrity, competence, knowledge, sound judgement, and above all, humanity. It was mainly Jordan I dealt with and he worked incredibly hard on our behalf and was a very impressive person, who showed great respect to all the parties involved, and always made me feel supported. I am truly grateful and my family feel it was the right decision to choose Antony Roberts.

Having lived in Richmond for a number of years and both bought and sold locally I've been really impressed by Anthony Roberts. I worked closely with both Jordan and James in Richmond who were honest from the outset in terms of pricing the property, they were active in marketing it were really valuable throughout the sale and in guiding us on the onward purchase (even when the advice they gave us wasn't in their best interest). Having met a lot of the other agents in the area I would really advise anyone who's thinking to sell locally to give them a call. They were worth every penny and nice guys to work with.

Matt recently sold our house on Lower Mortlake road. He sold the house within a couple of days of us agreeing to list it by talking to customers ‘on his books’. Once the offer was agreed Matt worked extremely hard with all parties involved to make sure the sale went through. All completed within 6 week and only due to Matt’s hard work aligning everyone. I would highly recommend Antony Roberts.

I found that the agents from AntonyRoberts very friendly and professional, they helped me to get the flat I wanted within a week notice including offering, reference check, repainting the whole flat and cleaning. I have got fast responses from the property management team as well in dealing with issues that need fixing in the flat. All in all, a proper state agent and pleasant to work with.
