Having spoken to and worked with many estate agents over the course of buying and selling Antony Roberts were the only company I felt I could trust and rely on to do the best they could for me. Matt was honest, kept us in the loop and up to date and went above and beyond to help us coordinate our move. I don't think we would of ended up with our dream home if it hadn't been for Matt - They are the only agents I would recommend in the Richmond and Kew area!

Not least from Matt Mannall who we dealt with throughout the process - he is as personable as he is professional, and was incredibly helpful before, during and even after completion of the purchase. We would not hesitate to recommend Matt and his team, and will certainly use his services again in the future - best estate agent we’ve ever dealt with!

GoogleThe staff at Antony Roberts have been nothing short of outstanding throughout the sale of our property. We had multiple good offers within a fortnight of putting it on the market, and agreed a sale in less than three weeks. Matt Mannall has been particularly impressive throughout. He managed to keep all parties sane during a particularly stressful and convoluted conveyancing process, acting as messenger, counsellor and meditator all at the same time. Put simply - if you are planning on selling your property in the Richmond area, you would be absolutely mad not to instruct Antony Roberts to complete the sale for you. We will not hesitate to use them again in the future. Fantastic local business staffed by fantastic people.

GoogleHarriet and Ed from the Richmond branch handled reletting my house in a super efficient and personable manner. The day after they came to check out my place I had three offers over asking. When the tenant-to-be unexpectedly pulled out at the last moment, Ed let me know at once and within a few hours I had two more offers. The paperwork and inventory were handled promptly and my house is now let. Very happy with the service and terms. Thanks AR team.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience, right from engaging Antony Roberts, to negotiating the price, positioning the house, seeking prospective tenants and finalising the handover. Harriet brings a wealth of experience to the table, she knows the market, and sets realistic expectations. She found an apt tenant for us in a reasonable time and ensured a win-win situation on both sides. We will recommend Antony Roberts and Harriet to both landlords and tenants with interests in Richmond area.

GoogleDespite charging the lowest rate of commission of all of the Richmond Estate Agents we approached, Matt and his team were highly effective, friendly and efficient in the sale of my mother’s house. When problems arose they came up with pro-active ideas and solutions which led to a successful outcome, appreciated by both buyer and seller. In retrospect, choosing Antony Roberts was an excellent decision.
