GoogleWe switched to Antony Roberts as our rental agent after reading their excellent reviews, and we’ve been extremely pleased with the service from Harriet and her team ever since. The entire rental process has been handled with great professionalism, and they quickly secured a tenant at a very good rent. We’ve really seen the benefit of working with a smaller local agent rather than a large chain, their knowledge of the market is clear, and the service feels far more personal.

GoogleWe have been mostly working with Ed and it was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable and helpful as we had to move from a different country. He made sure to accommodate our specific requirements for the check-in as we were not very flexible with date and time. Some times we were in contact with Harriet and she was also very nice and got back to us quickly answering all the questions we had. Would definitely work with the agency again.

GoogleRecently I have mainly dealt with Harriet as she has assisted with renting my property (at a last minute notice) and soon after another one on my behalf. She is professional, reliable and friendly. I have been both a seller and buyer in the Richmond Borough for many years and have used various estate agents. So far Anthony Roberts has been the best. Time will tell however my experience so far has been a very positive one and I hope this remains. Keep up the great work AR!

GoogleHarriett and the team were exceptional in helping to find great tenants after the sale of our house fell through. They quickly identified the right type of tenant, helped us decide which parts of the house needed some revamp and were even willing to check on progress of the works . The communication was excellent , the paper work minimal and it helped that they have a high street office and are actually working in the office (not from home). Highly recommend Antony Roberts for lettings.

GoogleGreat service from Matt Mannall in Richmond My wife and I can thoroughly recommend Matt Mannall, manager of Antony Roberts in Richmond, for his patience, courtesy, good humour and sound advice - and for going the extra mile to make our house transaction work out. Matt wasn't selling our own home, but we valued the way he worked as he became instrumental in making sure everyone in the chain was fully informed and communicating in challenging circumstances.
