As a first time Landlord who had heard alot of bad experiences friends have had with other letting agents, i have to say the service from Townends in Whitton was first class ! Rebecca made the whole process very easy, listened to my concerns regarding tennants, and found me the perfect tennant within a week. Also i found their fees to be very competitive, with different letting options to suit your needs . Happy customer !

My agent Carl Griffiths has been majorly helpful in helping rent my first flat. Was punctual at the viewing and was efficient in explaining the next steps to accquiring a tenancy. I had a very poor experience with this branch during a tenancy deposit dispute. Instead of advising us correctly under the tenancy agreement (which clearly required adjudication through the deposit scheme), the agent sided with the landlord and sent a threatening email about court action.
