I strongly recommend against trusting SA

I strongly recommend against trusting Stirling Ackroyd with the management of your house. Their staff are poorly trained, inexperienced and lack a professional approach. They simply act as a middle man between landlord, tenant and contractors without any real management expertise. I was stuck with this outgoing repairs including a freezing house during 2 winters in a row yet still there are an obscene amount of things which require repair. I had a broken window for 3 months as well during summer (luckily) and had to deal with all sorts of issues because of that. Property manager went on vacation only to forget about this issue completely. Their only goal is to save their landlords some money. Now they are trying to make it a condition that only if I renew my contract will they fix the freezing temperatures I have been dealing with for more than 1 year and a half.

I met with a number of the local Twickenham estate agents and was really pleased I chose Townends. I was lucky enough to have Morgan and Claire working on my sale. Service was excellent; both are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, hardworking and responsive. You can tell they really take pride in the great work that they do. Don't bother doing business with this real estate agency.

Don't bother doing business with Stirling Ackroyd!They would advertise a place at a certain price, take 20 offers on it and then entertain every person who placed an offer to bid against others which will ultimately raise the asking price of the propriety by 20%. They are doing nothing but damaging what is already a difficult real estate market.Communication is extremely poor, they won't keep you in the loop nor inform if your offer was successful or not.To be frank I doubt they are even presenting all the offers to the landlord, they would most likely show off by putting forward only offers way above the asking price. I've been working with other agencies who have made it very clear they would be unable to do any viewings or take offers once a propriety is under offer but Stirling Ackroyd works like no one else on the market and I mean it in the worst possible way.If you are a landlord or a tenant looking for your next successful rental please take your business anywhere else but Stirling Ackroyd.

Never use this agent

This is the worst agency I have ever worked with. We are paying full management fees, but everytime there is a problem with our property they do absolutely nothing. I have to chase them constantly for getting the barely minimum done. They have also messed up in accounts in the past. Unresponsive, unprofessional. If you want to let your property, I recommend to stay away from them.

Would put 0 stars if possible, I’d rather be homeless than use these people ever again. Unprofessional, unorganised, staff are clearly inexperienced, rude, argumentative and generally extremely unhelpful since day 1.
