Our initial meeting with Feroza she sold us Sterling Ackroyd as the estate agent to use and they followed through on what they sold to us. Both were extremely helpful and supportive during this process and Feroza went above and beyond what I would have expected.

GoogleOne of the smaller agents in Twickenham, we felt this would work in our favour as we would get a more personalised service and we were delighted with what Townends achieved for us. Guy, Aaron and Morgan were a pleasure to deal with - honest, realistic & proactive, and they were worth their weight in gold when the chain started to get a bit wobbly. We would definitely recommend Townends to potential sellers.

Ashley was responsive and a great communicator, she was pro-active and has excellent resolution skills. Selling a house can be quite stressful, but Ashley and Stirling Ackroyd made it as stress-free as possible.

GoogleRodney & Morgan did a great job in a market that was super difficult to sell 1 bed flats! They kept us informed & feeling positive about the situation! I found other estate agents in the area very pushy aggressive when we were choosing who to sell with, so we chose to go with Stirling Ackroyd as they were the opposite! Would definitely recommend to anyone else selling in the area!

I went on a viewing with Carl to see Kingsland Green & he was the most charasmatic estate agent I’ve come across. He was so helpful, punctual & charming that it made my property search a lot more relaxing as this can be a stressful time. I would recommend Sterling Ackroyd to anyone that is looking to buy or rent a home, as the customer service skills I got to experience were impeccable.

I had a very poor experience with this branch during a tenancy deposit dispute. Instead of advising us correctly under the tenancy agreement (which clearly required adjudication through the deposit scheme), the agent sided with the landlord and sent a threatening email about court action.

I am disgusted by the way I am being treated by SA. I rented a property which was mould infested, had to end my contract as despite raising the issue with the property’s manager, the landlord refused to fix the issue. No communication by SA. One month after vacating the property I have not received my deposit back. They did not email me important documentation as their system was down. I have to chase them to get updates as they do not email me or call me to update me. I’m being treated with constant contempt and disrespect for my dignity. These people are rogues. Avoid renting from them. I have complained, spoken to managers, emailed, called and nothing. Close to 4K on owed monies.

Had survey completed on back of cash offer received on property. Spent last eight years upgrading and improving all aspects of property. Having received the report it was totally biased, did not mention our immaculate property in any detail at all just focused on a landslip many miles away from us. We are built on rock so no issues at all neither with any surrounding houses in village some built in the 1800’s and still standing very solidly. This biased and unfair report led to our cash offer being reduced by £65k on what was an already reduced offer from a cash sale company leading to us losing the property we had reserved. Is one in the hands of the other? It is peoples’ lives you’re messing with remember that.
