I had previously worked with another local agent where we had a horrible experience I was delighted when Tom delivered in everything I was expecting. His knowledge and customer care were a 10. Dreadful! It is the second time I am dealing with Snellers and after the first awful experience I decided to give it another chance and until now was going great. But without surprise the monster is awake again. When you try to go around anything to get more money from tenants, it is disgraceful and dishonest. Shame on you! (Teddington and Hampton hill).
