GoogleWe'd listed the house unsuccessfully with another local agent for 12 weeks before switching to Knight Frank, who then found a lovely (and chain-free!) buyer within 2 weeks. Yes KF are a little more expensive than others, but you get what you pay for and in this case that for us was first class service throughout the process, and a swift sale. Upon taking over my account she had to sort through and relay a number of costly unresolved issues (not the best way to be introduced to a client). We worked together and within three days she clarified, negotiated and settled action to be taken - I couldn't ask for better.
