On the initial visit Tom was genuinely interested in the property and asked very relevant questions to flush out any issues which could affect the sale, from septic tank to boundaries and drains. Since then the support from Fiona has been outstanding - she has become a friend in very stressful circumstances as well as being an efficient and effective partner who was ahead of the game and ensured that everything ran smoothly. GoogleWe'd listed the house unsuccessfully with another local agent for 12 weeks before switching to Knight Frank, who then found a lovely (and chain-free!) buyer within 2 weeks. Yes KF are a little more expensive than others, but you get what you pay for and in this case that for us was first class service throughout the process, and a swift sale.
