We were buyers of a property listed by Jackson Stops. We experienced some uncertainty towards the end of the conveyancing process and were nervous that the entire sale would fall apart. Thankfully, the communication from James and Ria was positive, consistent, and of high quality. If James said he would contact me by the next morning with news, he did. the best estate agents around, truly a seamless and easy experience, moving/renting/referencing can be really stressful but the team make things really quick and stress free. the girl who moved me into my property is no longer with the company but the level of professionalism is still brilliant. i had a leak which was resolved really quickly, their communication with this issue and in general was 10/10.they really do set an example of how estate agents should be 👏🏼💘

I paid the full year's rent on 22 August - a huge expense for a student, but certainly an asset for the agency. I hoped that the agent's support would reflect my commitment. Unfortunately, when I got the keys to my flat on 31 August （It's not very smooth, but it doesn't matter :)）, I was deeply disappointed. The fridge was broken, the ceiling and walls were mouldy, the toilet was out of order, the mattress was torn, there were no curtains, one of the lamps was missing a bulb, the window handles were broken, the heating in the living room and hallway was broken, and the kitchen sink needed to be sealed from the wall. The sofa was stained, spotted and damaged. However, to my surprise, the washing machine was almost brand new! Yes, you read that right, I suspected that no repairs had been carried out before handover. BUT, I am still confident that the professional maintenance team at Jackson-Stops will demonstrate their expertise and dedication to understanding the importance of customer satisfaction and empathising with tenants. I am confident that they will address and resolve these issues as quickly as possible, demonstrating their efficiency and competence in handling such situations. I will continue to monitor and review the services provided by Jackson-Stops. If anyone has any questions, please do not hesitate to ask and I would be more than happy to share my experiences. :))

Looking for a new home, We have recently worked with Jackson stops in Teddington and received a wonderful service. In our property search we were mostly in touch with Negin. She strongly proved how important it is to work with an agent who knows your expectations and goes over and beyond to help you find what you are after! ( I was previously so disappointed having worked with several agents in the area whom did not care about you as a person but only as another phone number proposing whatever they had left in their list! ) This time proved very different! Negin was fantastic throughout each stage of the Lettings process, very professional, excellent to work with, very friendly and always on hand to answer any questions. Throughout the process of our sale, Jackson Stops wonderful Shaftesbury Team were at all times, responsive, constructive and extremely helpful wherever we had moments of doubt. Review for Jackson StopsWell, not sure where to start but at first interaction I thought professional, credible and personable until we realised the game they were playing behind the scenes. We went through some negotiation with the seller, fine, get that this is part of the process. Our significantly above asking price offer was finally accepted, with a condition it was taken off the market. After three weeks, we asked if we could show ours kids around and so we did. Despite knowing we would do this, they had been negotiating with other offers and told us on Monday (3 weeks after our offer was accepted) that they had a formal offer through from another seller. Whilst I appreciate they have a legal right to do this, I think they have a moral obligation to let us know especially as we’re showing our kids around that weekend. They then asked us to go into a bidding war for a house we had already had an offer accepted for. They had said that the person had given a written offer which is bizarre considering they never asked us for anything in writing and my agent had advised to write in so they responded to our offer in the first place as communication with this agent was nonexistent! This shows how this company works - underhand and unprofessional
