GoogleI recently returned to the UK after a number of years abroad which isn’t the easiest starting point for renting a property. The team at Featherstone Leigh - Richmond couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive, not least Etienne who went to great lengths to get us in without any hassle and in a very short timeframe. Highly recommendPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

She explained the renting process with all details and endless patience and help also to set up the utility providers. I can highly recommend to work this very professional company.

TrustpilotAvoid.
Arrogant, snooty, hyper-aggressive, and condescending. Avoid the team in Richmond. They lack any humanity and would shove you in the river for a pound.

GoogleWe had a very good experience with Featherstone Leigh in terms of renting a property. What impressed us most was Ashleigh who went out of her way to look at certain details for us and prioritised us when we most needed it.

GoogleAvoid these rippers. They only care about squeezing your deposit to the minimum, neglect managing the flat at all and the appaling communication we had with them is just the top of the iceberg. Avoid at any chance !

GoogleRude, unhelpful and manipulative. From my experience, they don't value tenants at all.
