GoogleI met with Serena twice last Friday. She was punctual - so important when I have back to back viewings all day , well informed about the property and when we did a second viewing she had all the information that my clients asked for. She was very patient with the clients questions and could not have been more helpful. I am still hoping they will take the flat and the only reason they wont is solely down to school places.

GoogleWe always return to Jo in Kew for repeat business as we are assured of a fantastic service which goes the extra mile. Traditionally we do not use FSL to collect our rent but where situations have been difficult Jo and her team have been more than happy to intervene and assist. They are unbiased and always have a solution for everything. We are always ecstatic when they are successful in finding us tenants as we know the transaction will go well. Jo is friendly and very professional. Every phone call is returned and email responded to. It is a pleasure to work with Jo.

GoogleI chose Featherstone Leigh over the other local agents as their manager, Jo O'Sullivan really made me feel at ease and was so helpful and approachable. Her team are equally friendly and professional, and helped me to find an excellent tenant for my property. I am now selling, and did not even consider looking elsewhere when it came to an agent to help with the process. Jo and her team have been superb, and found me a buyer within days! Thank you to you all for your help and expertise! I would highly recommend Featherstone Leigh, Kew.

GoogleJo O'Sullivan and all her team at Kew have gone above and beyond what I ever expected. They have been so kind and supportive throughout my time with them. Due to unexpected circumstances I needed to break my lease early. Jo talked me through the whole process, made sure there were no complications and was outstanding in her support throughout. I cannot recommend Jo and her team more, they are fantastic!

GoogleI have both bought a flat sold by Featherstone Leigh and witnessed sales of flats in my block of flats by them and they give buyers false information. Shameful! They also contacted me six months after I bought my flat with the sales completed and asked me how the sale was going (we had exchanged six months before!)

GoogleHad my property on with them but as the commission was low they redirected all the interest to the properties with higher commission. Cowboys avoid!! use an agent who will try to sell your property not which property gives them more commission. Agents are advised to chase high commission sales not all sales be warned.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAll the staff at the kew branch were extremely helpful when i needed to find a rental property, Tae looked after the process for me, i saw enough properties in a variety of local locations to allow an informed decision on my part with out the process dragging on. all the admin was done quickly and accurately, i would use these guys again.

GoogleMelissa and Jo at Featherstone Leigh were so helpful in our relocation from Australia to Kew, London. They pulled out all stops to secure a rental property for us when the landlord decided to accept a higher offer from another agent at the very last moment (on the day when we were about to move in!). Thank you both very much.

GoogleAlthough FL was not our listing agent, we honestly don't think our purchase would have gone through without the commitment and help of Jo O'Sullivan. We encountered so many hiccups, not of our or their making, but Jo managed to navigate them all and, eventually, to a successful conclusion, for which we are most grateful.

GoogleFantastic estate agent! Rather than the usual central London hard sell, Jo and Farah took the time to chat with us, understand our needs, provide advice about the area, and happily pointed out both the good and the bad in the properties they showed us. Highly recommended!
