We have had a lot of upgrading work done to a house that had not had a change of tenant for many years, only to then find we needed additional works when it was declared a HMO. Chris and Pam have given us excellent service and achieved this with the tenants in situ, and in difficult circumstances while Covid was still a factor.

You do hear so many horror stories from friends of unethical agencies and crippling expenses, but Dexters differs.The communication from my Property Manager, Louis Preston has been great and service over the past 2 years has flown.

Natasha is a very experienced operator who has looked after our flat diligently for many years, even before dexters. she and her team in wapping take problems away from us, which is ideal, and if they need to consult us, they normally have a suggested solution to the issues that crop up. equally they broker new rental agreements efficiently and treat tenants fairly

I worked closely with Taylor, but also had the opportunity to work with other staff as well and was greatly impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of the team. I was able to make an offer very quickly on a property after seeing a (remote) video tour, and Taylor worked to ensure the process went smoothly and as quickly as possible. Hello Guys!We have rented 3 bed house from Dexters. We have signed contract first 8th Aug. Then when we go to the house for cleaning we get shocked. The house like cowshed:) they did something and we moved 17th Aug. One bedroom Out of use because really strong smelling carpet or something. Now we can’t use another room as well because radiator suddenly getting cold after boiler turn off. Toilet Flush is doesn’t work Etc. We have so many problems we’re waiting for Dexters will do something but today I got email. They’re asking what’s your problem:)) and one of the management manager said if you don’t like you leave the house. :)) it’s been more than 4 Months and I got final mail if you don’t like leave the house :)) My advice if need to rent house from Dexters Check the house EmptyCheck everything even tabs, flush, floor furniture, smell.Because after signing the contract you can’t get solutions.For small problems they are good likeTab changeWashing Machine Change

So far our experience of renting through Dexters has been straightforward and relatively easy. Zendeca from the Battersea branch went above and beyond to get us a viewing of our perfect property, despite it being her day off and viewings having already been completed. She worked hard to get to know us so we could make the best offer to the landlords, and was responsive and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Zendeca was also understanding of our requirements and requests, and arranged some flexibility for us where possible. We love our flat and we're very grateful to Zendeca and the Dexters Battersea team for making it possible.
