We were very impressed with how dynamic and passionate Rhys is. We had our first meeting on Friday at 3pm, he had the photographers visit and sent us the contract later that day, then he went to work on the Saturday despite it usually being his day off so as to put our property online to market and then he had organized 5 viewings for the Monday thereafter. On Monday afternoon Rhys called us with an offer and we have our tenant scheduled to move in in less than two weeks from then! Very good communication and responses to emails and phone calls. I would recommend Dexters.

A friend has been waiting three weeks for central heating to be restored. His wife is nursing a four month old in a freezing flat. Worst estate agency

Worst estate agency, was a nightmare living in 121A Darwin Road. No sound proof, creaky floors, history of neighbours fighting bcoz of it. Being let out inspite of all this. Property Manager never replies back to emails. No action taken even after 9 months. Boiler was broken from almost a month and lived without heating or hot water. Finally gave up and moved out. Not a word of apology from them, they are chasing now regarding contract.

Dexters manages the apartment I rent in Lower Holloway, they are very supportive and quick whenever we signal an issue in the property.
