Monika Piszczyk handled the replacement…

Monika Piszczyk handled the replacement of the boiler in my flat which is being rented out. From the outset, Monika was extremely professional and also had a very affable way about her which made the whole process, which could have been very stressful, manageable. Monika definitely gave me a "sleep easy" factor as I felt very assured that this big and costly project was in good hands. Furthermore, Monika dealt with a post-completion error quickly and with minimal fuss which really sealed it for me.

We started looking for our house last year. At that point Stevie at Dexters promised "I will find you your perfect house!". She stayed true to her word and we made an offer on a house she showed us before it even went online. It's been a protracted process, only due to the difficulties that come with having a chain. Throughout that Stevie has been relentlessly positive, even when our own positivity has dwindled. She has been so transparent and understanding and clearly working not only in the best interest of her client but also us, the buyers. A total win-win! Years of mould issues finally sorted

We have been renting our current property for almost 5 years and have had mould issues since the beginning of our tenancy. It was not until Monika Piszczyk took over the management of our property, did we finally get our severe mould issues sorted. Monika, with her determination and hard work, managed to get our landlord to finally agree to put in the money to install proper ventilation, get mould treatment and redecoration done. I am very happy with the property management service provided by Dexter and I would like to give a special shout out to the Senior Property Manager, Petros Giorganios. There was an appliance broken in my apartment and needed repair service. Throughout the process, Petros followed up my case closely, give me clear instructions and options on what I could do/choose to get repair done. He would give me phone calls to clarify and explain the situation, like how I should arrange parking space in my property estate and make sure I got it right. During the phone call, he is very polite and explain things to me patiently.
