Don’t choose Dexters

Hello Guys!We have rented 3 bed house from Dexters. We have signed contract first 8th Aug. Then when we go to the house for cleaning we get shocked. The house like cowshed:) they did something and we moved 17th Aug. One bedroom Out of use because really strong smelling carpet or something. Now we can’t use another room as well because radiator suddenly getting cold after boiler turn off. Toilet Flush is doesn’t work Etc. We have so many problems we’re waiting for Dexters will do something but today I got email. They’re asking what’s your problem:)) and one of the management manager said if you don’t like you leave the house. :)) it’s been more than 4 Months and I got final mail if you don’t like leave the house :)) My advice if need to rent house from Dexters Check the house EmptyCheck everything even tabs, flush, floor furniture, smell.Because after signing the contract you can’t get solutions.For small problems they are good likeTab changeWashing Machine Change

Samantha Young responded to a rental enquiry within minutes and within two weeks of sourcing the perfect property as per our spec (and this was very particular - set budget, two beds, 2 receptions, garden and within streets of our current home) we were signing contracts! She supported us all through the process which could have been daunting. Liaised with the landlord and really brought our dream of our new home to reality. Dexters are sound agents and Samantha is unique in approach and dedication to our needs and wishes. We've been renting our property out through Dexters for over 10 years and have always found them to be helpful, super friendly and professional. Nathalie and her team looked after us most recently, found us a great tenant at short notice and helped us achieve a quick turn-around. They assisted with some of the organising of trades to get the property ready and kept both us and our tenant on track and happy. During lock down Nathalie even helped with an issue we had whilst the property was empty (and not currently on her books), a factor which cemented our decision to call her when we decided to put the property back on the letting market.

So far our experience of renting through Dexters has been straightforward and relatively easy. Zendeca from the Battersea branch went above and beyond to get us a viewing of our perfect property, despite it being her day off and viewings having already been completed. She worked hard to get to know us so we could make the best offer to the landlords, and was responsive and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Zendeca was also understanding of our requirements and requests, and arranged some flexibility for us where possible. We love our flat and we're very grateful to Zendeca and the Dexters Battersea team for making it possible.
