I can't recommend Gregor Scott and Chestertons enough! We were looking for quite specific rental requirements in terms of accessibility and to tight timings and Gregor was absolutely fantastic. In addition to incredible professionalism and expertise, he went above and beyond, was incredibly proactive to help me secure the perfect rental, brilliantly guiding me along the way and made the whole process smooth and incredibly human. He thoughtfully and skilfully balanced tenant and landlord needs to get to the best solution, adaptively navigating any unexpected solutions. This is my first experience with Chestertons and it’s been really impressive with Gregor.

From the outset, Molly was totally honest, upfront, good humoured, and professional. she steered the whole process of buying my new house smoothly and effortlessly from the initial enquiry, over a few bumps and hurdles, to a very happy Completion. I want to write about my wonderful experience with Niema.After 4 years of dealing with another agency, Niema from Chesterton took over the managing of our property and from the first phone call (I was already surprised she called) I was so impressed that I remember thanking her for being so professional and prompt in finding a solution to our situation.Quite honestly I had lost all my trust in Agencies after my previous experience but I am now really hopeful.Niema is proactive, professional, quick at problem solving and lovely to speak to. After all of our interaction I felt heard, I understood where the problem or delay was, and I knew there was a plan going forward.I could not praise her enough.

I bought a flat in Pimlico, negotiating a price very quickly with their help. The team were very professional, provided good advice, were responsive on the telephone and email, and allowed access on a number of occasions for measuring up, builders etc. They were always on time for appointments and most importantly were personable without any of the bs you sometimes get.

Incompetence throughout. We were pushed into signing and moving in within a few days, we were told lies about issues with the contract when raised. They left furniture in the flat when we moved which they didn't bother to remove for a week afterwards. One of our keys doesn't work and they've failed to replace it. We have an ongoing maintenance issue which has been going on for over a month with no end in sight as they want to pursue baseless accusations, leading to a working relationship were we are unlikely to report issues in future due to their utter lack of competence.
We sincerely apologise for your experience and appreciate your feedback. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. We have sent you a request for further information so we are able to resolve this issue promptly and provide any additional support that may be needed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to restore your trust in us.

I rented a property through Chesterton's for two years and from the moment my partner and I moved into the property James Smith the Property Manager made the process and duration of our stay smooth sailing. Whether we needed something fixed, or had a question about something to do with the property James was always attentive and responded quickly to get things sorted. All the while he was always polite and a pleasure to speak to.

I have rented my flat out with Chestertons/James Pendleton for a number of years. Their property manager Sam is outstanding and has made renting the flat out very straightforward. He is brilliant at managing problems or sorting things out if they go wrong at the property - always very quick to respond and works hard to ensure that I pay a reasonable but not extortionate amount for products and services if required.The wider lettings team are usually very responsive and quick to sort out marketing material, contracts etc when there is a change in tenants.

GoogleI had the pleasure of talking to Molly of Chestertons, Richmond yesterday. She is a credit to your company. I spent days trying to get further information on a property sent to me by your Company. When Molly answered the phone she got right on to it. Unfortunately, the property I received was well out of my price range. We have specific requirements in a property due to some health problems and owning a dog.
