The Battersea Rise team, specifically Tamara Price and Rebecca Ross, were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Tamara was very flexible in making virtual meetings work, as I do not currently live in the area. From property searching to closing, working with Chestertons has been an easy and thorough experience, which made my moving process much smoother.

My property manager Vanessa (Battersea) has been very attentive, quick to respond to queries and take action on my behalf. There have been a couple of occasions over the last couple of years where things have not moved as quickly as my tenants or I would have liked, but since Vanessa took over it has been smooth. I would also add that some of the fees are a little steep, but I understand that this is the business model.

I have been with Chestertons for over 2 years now. I must admit that the initial experience was quite disappointing given that our property manager was unresponsive and not keen to help. However, for the last year we have had a new property manager named Joyce Pau who's been absolutely wonderful and very efficient when it came to sorting out a problem - definitely made the experience with this company much smoother and on the whole more pleasant!

I recently found myself looking for a new flat to rent in Richmond. I spoke to Chestertons regarding one of their listing and was helped by a lady called Stephanie. She was absolutely fantastic! She helped me find a new place to live in a few days - and I love my new place! She kept me informed all the way through the process and made it so easy from start to finish. Not only that, when I moved in, the shower stopped working. She quickly spoke with the landlord and arranged to get it fixed. The property also requires some building maintenance and she loaded to with the landlord to make sure it’s completed at a convenient time and offered to be present should any building contractors need to access the property whilst I’m at work! Honestly the best service I’ve ever received from any company! Can’t thank her enough.Aron.

We asked Chestertons to find tenants for our property in Kingston and they were very helpful and obliging. Within about three weeks new tenants had been found and references were taken up. The new tenants have moved in and all seems to be working well. We do the manage the property ourselves but whenever I have sent e mails or needed to check any details they have responded very quickly in a cheerful manner. I found Chestertons to be delightful to work with and very professional.

Leusa helped me find and move into my flat over the past 3 months. She has been the most lovely and caring agent I have worked with. It wasn’t a straightforward process as there was “competition” for the property I wanted to rent, but she communicated very well, during the offer process, and thereafter. Always available, answering questions fast, iterating with the landlord on my questions, but above all, I really felt she was transparent with me throughout the process and never tried to push me in any unreasonable way. Very happy to have met her!
