As buyers, we had a positive impression of Chancellors from the start as they went the extra mile to arrange viewings and access. Chancellors were absolutely fantastic, not only did they let/rent my property successfully with no breaks for more than 3 years; they also sold my flat within a week. In particular, Daniel Johns, Louise Dabbagh and Michael Booth have been exceptional, providing me with a professional, personable, experienced and more importantly a genuine service/approach. I honestly feel like part of the Chancellors/Richmond family, where you can pop into the branch and have a chat with team anytime. Louise has time and time again gone beyond the call of duty over the past 3 years, and her expertise and wonderful personality will leave a lasting impression on me for years to come. I am obviously delighted to sell my flat, but at the same time I shall miss the team over at Chancellors/Richmond. I hope our paths cross in the future, and should I decide to sell/buy or rent my property in the future, I have no hesitation in appointing Chancellors again.

When we found ourselves in the position of having to sell our mother's house is was because she had recently died. This can be one of the worst times in your life but Joanne in the Richmond branch was kindness itself. She was sympathetic but professional from start to finish and worked with us to find the right buyer. We bought our house through Chancellors and I can't really fault their service. We dealt primarily with Jo, Daniel and Natasha and all of them were a joy to liaise with. Always at the end of the phone, replied to emails within minutes and were punctual and polite when meeting them (over and over again) at our purchased property. Jo, in particular, has been amazing. No question was too big or dumb and despite wanting to ensure Chancellors' cut from the sale, she always acted fairly and fought our corner. I don't want to move house again for a good number of years but as and when I do, I hope I get to deal with Chancellors again.

Chancellors in Richmond have done an absolutely first class job in selling my property with the maximum of efficiency and the minimum of fuss, achieving the asking price and concluding a sale almost before one could turn around. They are cheerful, excellent communicators and shepherd the process through to the completion with quiet competence, while other agents tend to lose interest once they have made the initial sale. They have also handled my lettings over a long period and in general terms have performed this task with professionalism and efficiency, dealing with tenants' complaints and requests promptly, as well as being assiduous in collecting rents and remitting proceeds to my account . I would recommend them without hesitation to anybody selling, or indeed buying, a property in the Richmond area or going into the rental market.
