I cant thank Barnard Marcus and their staff enough. They were always helpful and assisted me whenever I phoned. If the agent was out I would leave a message knowing they would call me back. If I wanted anything they went out of their way to ensure I got what I needed. Every question was answered and they went over and above to get my late brothers property sold. Initially Phoebe valued the property. She was very professional and had lots of ideas on how it could be marketed. Later Geoff took over selling the house, with assistance from both Will & Bramley. Again the sale was dealt with in a very professional manner and I had complete confidence in their ability, at all times. Little touches like checking the property was locked properly after third party visits, all helped during the tense time of selling.
