Friendly, polite and very professional and despite a few unexpected issues with the property he was superb, very patient and kept chasing people and kept me thoroughly updated. GoogleWe’d like to share our experience with the Barnard Marcus team in East Sheen. Geoffrey very kindly visited to talked to us about the whole process and immediately we knew we made the right decision to go with them as his wealth of experience and knowledge of the local area was amazing. Bramley and Geoffrey were brilliant doing the viewings and updating us on the day constantly, which made the nerve wracking experience so much easier. Our house fell through twice due to unforeseen circumstances so it took a bit longer to secure the right buyer, however the team at Barnard Marcus, especially Phoebe Gibson the branch manager was so reassuring and helpful. Phoebe navigated us through all the challenges of selling our home without a second thought, finding us lovely buyers for the house, consistently communicating between all parties to resolve any problems and getting us the price we were hoping for. Google1. The lettings team in East sheen are amazing. They listened to our needs, worked really quick and Faisal ensured we got moved in within 7 days! Would highly recommend for any tenants looking in the area as Faisal took the time to ensure we got the right property for us and guided us through the letting process as we were new to renting and felt like he genuinely cared. 2. Rent with ease! I viewed about 17 properties before we came to Barnard Marcus. Faisal took the time to speak with me for 15, 20 minutes before booking me in which made him stand out from the off as most agents are keen to just get us booked in before asking anything. We viewed a property with him & he worked overtime on the Friday to ensure we got the offer accepted so we could start the process asap after being let down by a previous agent. 5* all the way, will be coming back to him and the team when looking once again.. 3. 5* for customer service, which is rare and hard to find these days! I would like to specially thank Faisal in the lettings team as he ensured he was there every step of the way , even out of hours which we always appreciated as had little/ silly questions he was more than happy to answer even when office was closed! GoogleWe purchased our first house with Barnard Marcus over 12 years ago and have recently moved to a new home using them again for both our sale and purchase. Phoebe, Geoff and the team are always extremely helpful at every step of the process, and have a huge amount of experience and knowledge of the local area and market. They are in our view the stand-out estate agent in East Sheen, with an extremely personable team, who always go the extra mile. Of course we would say this having successfully bought and sold on two occasions, but that’s no coincidence with the level of service received! I would highly recommend using them.

GoogleWe are using the mortgage services at Barnard Marcus East Sheen. Part of our application was to get our property appraised to understand the monthly rental we could achieve. An agent was sent over spent about 5 minutes then went to leave. When asked for an amount we were told he have to connect with the mortgage adviser. Over the next 4 days I had numerous calls form agents asking if I was happy with the appraisal, when I told them I did not know what it was, they all quickly shut down the call. It took me chasing numerous times to eventually find out the amount which was for a sale and not letting. They then rebooked to come out and give a rental appraisal, 30 minutes after the appointment was suppose to start I called the branch only to be told the appointment had not been confirmed in the agents diary. The lack of professionalism and responsiveness is shocking!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

The agency’s fulfilment arm wasn’t able to manage the seller’s tantrums or even protect me from them in what could otherwise have been a process full of goodwill.
