GoogleThe service we received from Matt and Jordan at Antony Roberts was quite exceptional. It was a difficult situation for me as I was selling the family home following my mother's death and the sensitivity with which this was handled went a long way to easing the upset. They advised and communicated at each stage, showing tremendous integrity, competence, knowledge, sound judgement, and above all, humanity. It was mainly Jordan I dealt with and he worked incredibly hard on our behalf and was a very impressive person, who showed great respect to all the parties involved, and always made me feel supported. I am truly grateful and my family feel it was the right decision to choose Antony Roberts.

We agreed the charges from day one and there was never a deviation from our agreement (You can have confidence from the start in knowing exactly what to budget for). Only Letting Agents we dealt with that across the board acted pleasantly. No spam emails, inappropriate property suggestions or deceit.Very efficient and got us from offer put in to contracts signed in less than a week.When we look again we intend to only use this agency if possible.

Excellent management of our rented property in Kew. We were living elsewhere and needed an agent who could respond promptly to the tenants’ requests and provide good quality and timely support from a team which had the relevant electrical, plumbing, decorating etc skills. John Crane achieved this professionally and efficiently and ensured that the needs and obligations of both the landlord and the tenants were met. Highly recommended as an agent.
