Antony Roberts Lettings

I have used Antony Roberts over a number of years to find good tenants for my property. Hanya and her team are excellent to work with, they are really helpful not only on providing tenants, but with advice on tenancy related matters and also being a source of recommendations for tradespeople. I will continue to use them in the future.

We just went through very challenging transaction which included both sale and purchase. It would have never happened without absolutely professional and extremely hard working Matthew and his team (Jordan). Matthew showed superhuman skills considering numerous external issues we had to face. Absolutely incomparable level to all other estate agencies in every aspect.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Anthony Roberts struck a perfect balance of inviting people in and pitching the home without being too pushy. They were clear communicators and helped ensure the sell of my flat went smoothly.

Hats off to Victoria Dragten

I entrusted Antony Robert’s to sell my house again (a repeat customer of many years). Victoria Dragten was outstanding! Without her initiative and calm, business like approach we wouldn’t have had such a successful outcome. She coped with sometimes pedantic solicitors and slightly nervous buyers with style and grace. Highly recommended!

We've just finished a 15 month rental from Antony Roberts. The whole process of starting to rent and then finishing at the end was well organised. During the rental Alison was always responsive to queries with appropriate help where needed.

Extensive local knowledge

Having bought 2 properties through Antony Roberts over the past 12 years, we selected them to sell our house this time around. As the local agents they had by far and away the most relevant portfolio of similar properties when compared to the competition, and demonstrated their experience by securing a sale within 11 days of listing the property. Communication was subsequently clear and straightforward throughout, ensuring a very smooth process for us and our buyer from start to finish.
