Superb service, the team of Antony Roberts and our agent Francesca in particular were always extremely helpful and customer-centric throughout the entire process of finding a new home. Even though our case was a bit special (new job, moving to the UK from abroad, not UK citizens etc.), practical solutions were found and we are moving into a lovely new home now without delay! I particularly liked the super quick response time, I believe I never waited for more than half a day for a solid answer to any question or issue along the way. Very satisfied overall

I popped into Anthony Roberts East Sheen as soon as I knew my tenant was leaving. I was met by a lovely lady called Francesca. It was the best thing I ever did. A lot had changed in 7 years since I last rented out. She was extremely efficient and up to date with everything. She visited my property with a work colleague and we came up with a plan of things that needed doing. She had all the right professional contacts to do all the new checks and it was rented out within the first viewings. She was amazing and the other guys there too. Can’t recommend them enough!! GoogleIt’s nice to see that many people are pleased with the services of this estate team, well, how absurd though can be for someone with TWO properties as owner (one paid off and one still in mortgage) and TWO businesses running, to be referred as “not eligible” to rent a low-priced property (thanks for the bargain however!), and this is only due to lack of knowledge about the third parties as they seemed to be a bunch of idiots!.. I’m never taking time for bad reviews since I’m a problem-solving professional but this, as a life-changing experience must be handled with more consideration especially when dealing with third parties, screening their involvement with a better approach and examination in regard to the customers.
