Excellent experience as landlord

Harriet and Ed from the Richmond branch handled reletting my house in a super efficient and personable manner. The day after they came to check out my place I had three offers over asking. When the tenant-to-be unexpectedly pulled out at the last moment, Ed let me know at once and within a few hours I had two more offers. The paperwork and inventory were handled promptly and my house is now let. Very happy with the service and terms. Thanks AR team.

John Martins and Paul Zammit have made the finding of a new home a stress and trouble free process. Moving home is fraught with problems and hidden difficulties and their considerate and professional work and thoughtfulness, removed any concerns and apprehension I may have had or experienced, completely.After carefully assessing my requirements they found the ideal property, helped and supported me through the references, deposit, tenancy agreement, inventory and handing of the keys. Antony Roberts Kew TW9 - the Best!

I've bought, sold and rented through various estate agents across London over the years. Antony Roberts (credit to Kew branch!) is the only estate agents that never disappointed me. It is refreshing to see honest, thoughtful, intelligent and knowledgeable people who, of course, are good at sales pitches, but who still treat their customers as they would like to be treated themselves and do not play the tricks and games that many agencies do. Other estate agents could learn from them. Keep up the good work.

We’re delighted to give 5 stars to Antony Roberts Sales and Lettings and to Mike Taylor, David Reed and Stephanie Vassar in particular. They were professional from the start, treating us as people and not just customers. They wanted to get the best deal for us and worked tirelessly to get there. Even when we agreed the sale they were there facilitating between sellers and lawyers, they were true professionals. The London market is no longer a bull market but this didn’t phase them they were patient and always optimistic. We trusted them and they delivered; we couldn’t recommend them more and we’ve used several estate agents in the best. They are second to none. On the Lettings front they’ve managed our place for years, great commission rate but also always respectful throughout with us and our tenants. Our place was in safe hands. So high praise to hem. AMAZING!!

I popped into Anthony Roberts East Sheen as soon as I knew my tenant was leaving. I was met by a lovely lady called Francesca. It was the best thing I ever did. A lot had changed in 7 years since I last rented out. She was extremely efficient and up to date with everything. She visited my property with a work colleague and we came up with a plan of things that needed doing. She had all the right professional contacts to do all the new checks and it was rented out within the first viewings. She was amazing and the other guys there too. Can’t recommend them enough!!
