Antony Roberts (Kew), especially Megan Jones, provided a first class service for both the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home in Kew. It was refreshing to deal with an agent who understood that buying and selling is a huge financial and emotional decision, and so took time to take care of the human side. It would 100% recommend Antony Roberts.

I had a very positive experience with Antony Roberts in Kew. They oversaw my purchase for a 1 Bed Flat and made everything smooth and stress-free. I was in regular contact with Simon Welford throughout the process and I always felt like I was in good hands. I was also able to get a good recommendation for a Mortgage Broker through AR which helped my buying process.

Truly outstanding from start to finish Antony Roberts have been absolutely faultless throughout what turned out to be a complex and lengthy process. They priced our property accurately, sold it quickly by identifying genuinely serious buyers, and when our first onward purchase fell through, they held our buyer and found us a second home - no small feat. Where they truly excelled was in managing exchange and completion across a larger chain. Frankly, they ran rings around the conveyancing solicitors, communicating clearly and with real substance, resolving hold-ups, and negotiating between buyers and sellers with calm professionalism. They earned their fee many times over and deserved a medal for their patience and good humour throughout. Every member of the team was a joy to deal with. Marc, the manager, was exceptional...a true pragmatist who combined real skill with genuine kindness. I cannot recommend Antony Roberts highly enough.

Amy had a look at the flat I was selling and came up with the expert view that it would be best suited to sale through an online auction. This worked absolutely perfectly. Amy and her team guided me through every step from preparing the property by helping recommend brilliant tradesmen to the online auction sale process. The property sold within 2 weeks and I couldn’t be happier. Amy and her team in the East Sheen office were so knowledgeable and professional, I can’t rate and thank them enough.

James was especially helpful in dealing with extremely slow solicitors on the purchasers’ side and always kept us informed. Having lived in our old home for 21 years we were concerned about the process and potential anguish of selling the family home. It was a sensitive time as the children were leaving home but we really didn’t need to worry so much about selling to be honest. We interviewed a few local agents but trusted our instincts in going with Antony Roberts. Rachel and all her team in the St Margaret’s office provided excellent advice, gauged our way of working perfectly and helped with many incidental issues when we were not able to. Overall the sale was surprisingly easy and straightforward. They knew the kind of buyer we wanted and found them. Would definitely recommend you speak to them at the very least.

I chose the independent agent Antony Roberts to sell my flat after looking at lots of others who didn’t quite feel right for me. I was not disappointed, their knowledge of the local market was spot on and I felt confident in placing the sale with them From the time I discussed the valuation and marketing of the property to regular but not too many updates, and then a phone call to say exchange had taken place the communication and reassurance received was just perfect.

I have used Anthony Roberts to let two properties for well over a decade now and thought this time, there has not been a single occasion in which I was unhappy with their service, or charges. They are friendly and professional, and make the process of letting as hassle free as it can be, are quick to address issues, keep you informed of problems, but get them sorted quickly - and at a reasonable price. All statements and other documentation are sent through on time and are easy to understand. I have experience of other agents and while they have all be good, Anthony Roberts are certainly the best I have used. Absolutely no hestiation in recommending them.
