Selling in Kew

Our house selling process lasted a lengthy period due to Covid restrictions. However at no point did we feel despondent as the staff at Antony Roberts were always professional and upbeat about the process. We particularly appreciated the speedy feedback following viewings - even if the viewing didn’t progress to a sale. The staff were very professional and gave us confidence that the ‘right’ buyer would come along. And they did! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their house selling services.

A superstar amongst a team of stars

A huge thank you to the team at Antony Roberts for selling our house, one person in particular was outstanding and that was Mark Wright. He remained professional, proactive and supportive during what was a frustrating process and his skills nudged it over the finish line when we thought that nothing could be done to progress the sale. He was always positive, honest and direct with his information and I know he spent many hours (outside of the normal office hours) to progress this sale.I would highly recommend Antony Roberts to whomever asks, and we WILL be using their services again as in a couple of years it is our intention to buy another property in Kew.Once again, a massive thank-you to all and Mark, you are a superstar.

Outstanding Lettings Agency

I have used Antony Roberts Property Management services for many years and have found them to be an outstanding lettings agency. They get a good rental price and find tenants quickly, they find reliable tradesmen to do any work required at competitive prices and their friendly, efficient staff are easy to get hold of and always a pleasure to work with. I have worked with a number of lettings agencies over the years and Antony Roberts are easily the best that I have come across.

Anthony Roberts did an outstanding job on our house sale. The first buyers pulled out suddenly and they put the deal back together with a second buyer straight away thus keeping our chain intact. They did all of this in the teeth of a recession, with interest rates rising and confidence in the housing market falling. Our agent was Simon Welford who was a gentleman and consummate professional throughout. Big love.

Their professionalism in communication, the all around commitment makes one feel at ease. i have to particularly thank Jo lacey (tenancy manager) for making things of ease. her pleasant character, the outstanding professionalism gives one a warm feeling. Excellent agent providing excellent service

I came across Roberts agent through random search in person in Richmond area more than 5 years ago after having viewed what felt like hundred something one bed flats in North London and in southwest of London. Jo handled my case and showed me the first one bed flat in Kingston town centre. It was a nice and cosy and very bright flat situated in a peaceful block of building called Sigrist square at a very convenient location near station and main bus stop and town centre. After having attended to this first viewing arranged by Jo, I never had to look again for a flat to rent. I accept their asked for rent price on the spot right in the flat at the end of the viewing. And the rest of the process went through swimmingly smooth, thanks to Jo's professional and efficient handling of the case. Before I knew it, more than 5 years time has slipped away since i initially moved in this neat little cosy bright flat. Jo has been looking after my case since he initially took it on. And he's been friendly, helpful, fair, and considerate in handling my case. He's been a joy to deal with. I may have attempted to sway a bit at some point after an initial couple of years living here, but he managed to handling the case so well so that I simply couldn't find any reason whatsoever to want to move on away from here. Had I not decided to buy a place of my own, there'd definitely be no telling how much longer I would have stayed here. Indefinitely would be the word popping into my head to answer that. Now coming into the last month of my home here in this nice flat, I really do find it hard having to say good bye to it, its brightness, peacefulness, convenient central location, and its being in the royal borough of Kingston! I feel very much attached to it, and to the people who have made it feel a proper home to me by looking after my interest of living here throughout right from the very beginning till I will exit it here smoothly soon. So yeah reliable agent with reliable people providing reliable service, hat off to them!
