Always easy to speak to them by phone or by email, quick responses on all queries. From start to finish of selling our property we have had a first class service. Tom certainly went the extra mile for us, assisting with buying our new property. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Polite friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects. Competitive prices what more can you ask for.

GoogleAs a landlord, I had the fully managed service from Reeds Rains in Rhyl. It is poor, very poor. The contractors they get to do work at properties are expensive and of poor quality and the branch themselves lie to you to cover their mistakes. They even continue to lie when you have definitive proof of their deceit. Complaints to management end up with an apology along the lines of 'Sorry we could have been clearer on that' which ignores the blatent lies that you have been told. Once you sign up with them, to get out of the contract costs a month or so's rent, therefore it isn't worth leaving them, so they end up as basically a messenger between you and the tennant as you get your own contractors in to do any work required. I have left them now (a tenant moved out and I took the opportunity to escape) and I am using two different letting agents for my properties. I would highly recommend 'Simply Estates' who cover around the Rhyl area and 'Reid and Roberts' for the Mold/Buckley area. These are so much better than Reeds Rains and deliver a service to a standard that I would expect. I deeply regret using Reeds Rains Rhyl and would never do so again.

GoogleExcellent service! Recently went into Reeds Rains in regards to letting a property and I could not fault the advise given by Joe the Lettings Manager! I then received fantastic advice from Matt Lewis the financial adviser at Reeds Rains in getting protection cover for myself. From the moment I walked through the door, I received 5 star service from the staff, would highly recommend!

The sale itself was touch and go at times but Ryan and his team managed expectations appropriately which was paramount to ensuring completion.
