We also liked the fact that they were very friendly when we had conversations with them. If I was selling our property I would definitely use Reeds Rains as they pushed the sale through when it was needed. Excellent service. allAgentsBig Mistake using Reeds Rains
We used Reed Rains Abergele to manage our property because they were local. Within a few months they closed the Abergele office. We then had to deal with their inefficient Southampton call centre. They were a disaster for us. We ended up having to deal with repairs and contractors ourselves because they didn't have any local contractors who would pay to be on their books. They got ridiculous quotes for repairs. In the end we changed to a local company but Reeds Rains want us to pay £750 to get out of a contract when it is actually them who are at fault. They unilaterally changed the terms of our service without any discussion.

GoogleI'm living in a house at present, which is being sold by the landlord, and the landlords paying extra for reads rains to promote and push for a sale, we've had 3 viewings in 3 weeks and on 2 occasions no member of reeds rains has been present to show them around the house, it's been left to my wife and I, if this is how the company portrays itself, I can't ever see them winning estate agents of the year.

GoogleI've used Reeds Rains on multiple occasions for renting my properties out and I haven't found any other agent that matches the public knowledge or general know-how than the Rhyl branch. Most recently we've rented out some properties with the Lettings Manager, Joseph. This guy get's the job done and tell's you exactly how it is in black & white. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an honest and hard-working team. Thank you again!
