GooglePurchased a property in Rhyl, Communication was always prompt and friendly. Requests, as an example, for accompanied visits for us to measure up, were always accommodated quickly. Relevant products were offered, there was no hard sell. After comparing conveyance costs decided to use their in house solicitors, Rowlinsons who were also excellent. The transaction went through quickly without any problems. Highly recommended.

GoogleHad an awful time whilst living in our first home. Had so many issues with things. The landlord was also to blame but we’ve felt alone with problems and a nuisance whenever we tried to have things corrected. Wouldn’t recommend.

agent did not have enough infromation on property ie.did not have price of property,only knew brief info of owners. seemed very new to job. told us property was �90,000 but it was �80,000,that could of put us off buying it if we didnt know it was �80,000. overall he was ok with a bit more experience he should be better.

GoogleFriendly, very approachable team who knows very well their job and the market. Buying house can be very stressful, however they took care of everything and the Reeds and Rains fee was low. Yet, 2 years later they invited us to get us to renew mortgage and got us a better mortgage deal. We are very pleased

GoogleAlways receive great service from this branch as they keep me updated with new houses that come up for sale. I can get my mortgage and solicitors through them when i find the right house which will take the pressure off me as I work long hours. Everyone I speak to there are very helpful.

GoogleAs a buyer , purchasing from a non-local seller with a inept licensed conveyencer rather than a qualified solicitor it was only with the perseverence of Sally that we ever managed to buy the property. Certainly if we were ever to sell I would be on the phone to her first.
