How you treat tenants! Sally was unacceptable coming into my house having a go when i had a very poorly child in my arms and poorly myself! Trying to find anything possible to try and get me kicked out all because i am hard to get hold of! I have 3 very young children, a very hectic life, lots of appointments and i respond when i can! I will also be making a complaint to the head office as it upset my child.

During the last two years my husband and I have been searching for the right property for us to retire to. Having booked on with 5 different estate agents and viewing over 70 properties we finally found one that ticked 95% of our boxes. Our dealings with Tom and his team at Reeds Rains Rhyl was always supportive, helpful and patient taking into consideration we had a 170 mile round trip to come and view properties. Our dealings with the other 4 estate agents wasn't so straight forward. Reeds Rains were always professional, courteous and considerate when dealing with us and their local knowledge has been invaluable since the completion of the purchase. Once again a big thank you to Tom and the team.

Tom, Joe and the team at Reeds Rains have been excellent in the selling process of my property in Rhyl. They continued to support and advise me during a stressful time with COVID delays and me being located across the other side of the world. Tom communicated well between myself, buyer and solicitors. I would 100% recommend Reeds Rains for anyone looking to sell their property. Thanks so much team.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We had a very positive experience dealing with reeds rains Leah was particularly helpful and although our property wasn't easy to sell they were able to generate a lot of interest and also help us complete the sale effectively so we greatly appreciate that because part of the time the property was empty and she arranged for visits when we could not be there so I would give them five stars Gwyneth and Carys

My involvement with the Rhyl branch of Reeds Rains has been fantastic. From my initial contact with Tom in aiding me with a probate valuation, and through with Katie helping me become a first-time landlord. Estate agents get a bad rep’ (and believe me, I’ve dealt with some terrible ones!) but both the support and advice from Tom and Katie has been excellent. Courteous, honest, professional. It’s most appreciated and I look forward to working with them again.

Provided excellent advice and service in a friendly and informative way. Found very good tenants for the property within days and dealt with all administration efficiently. After very mixed results other letting agents, I am delighted to have discovered Reeds Rains and anticipate a long problem-free association with the company.

We used Reeds Rains to sell an inherited property and they were really accommodating as we live outside the area. We received great advice on how best to market the property and we achieved the price we were hoping for.

Tom and the Team were excellent from start to finish. Tom's expert knowledge and 'no how' guided us through each stage smoothly. With regular updates on the Sales progress to sorting out overseas correspondence, he did the lot. Thank you Team Reeds Rain Rhyl. My first choice in buying and selling property.

Although I only did telephone calls and emails to the office about our house sale the service was exceptional. Tom, you helped enormously, many, many thanks. Derry, thank you for helping with all sorts. I've never experienced such an easy way to sell a house especially one with such complications as ours. I don't know if all Reeds Rains staff in other areas are as good, but I'd recommend Rhyl office always.
