GoogleIn August I chose Reeds Rains to let out our retirement apartment in Prestatyn. Joe and his team quickly found potential tenants, and despite the additional hurdles of having to deal with Covid restrictions in the housing development, we were able to find suitable occupants and complete all the required administration. As such our tenants have moved in on 1st September. A very impressive turn round from enquiry, to having a paying tenant in. I have been particularly impressed by Reeds Rains high level of professionalism ,advice and all round handling of the process. I would recommend Reeds Rains for anyone looking to let their property in the north Wales area..

Sally was answering emails without delay when I was looking for advise. I am very appreciate for her help. GoogleWe recently went to rent a property through Reeds Rains. Our point of call was Joe in the office who we believe is the Lettings Manager. We initially chose a rental property through them, unfortunately it came to 48 hours before move in when an unexpected turn came about and we were unable to rent the property. However, Joe found a property for us straight away and not only was it a better property it was more suitable to what we needed. Of course, we didn't expect he could get this property ready for us in 24 hours. However, he assured us that he would work as quickly as possible to get us into our new home in time. We moved in 24 hours later and we couldn't be happier. We want to thank Reeds Rains Lettings and especially Joe for providing a great service to us. Highly recommended for tenants & landlords.

GoogleDealt with Tom and his team in our recent purchase. First time buyers with plenty of questions and concerns and Tom was fantastic throughout. Him and his team went above and beyond on several occasions for myself and my partner. Made to feel like no question was too stupid and no ask was too much. Also managed to get us in a few weeks before Christmas which was perfect for us and our young family. Highly recommend this branch, thanks Tom and team ! 🥂

GoogleWhen deciding on an agent to sell my home, I decided to invite a total of three agents out and after hearing the thoughts of all three, I decided to instruct Reeds Rains. On the valuation Tom came across the more professional, telling me what the realistic price I would achieve but then advising a price for marketing and his reasons why. Tom also advised how he likes the branch to use a proactive approach to the marketing & sale of a property which proved true as I received an offer that was acceptable to me within 3 weeks. Throughout the process of the sale the whole team at Reeds Rains were always available on the phone or email, constantly kept me up to date with where the sale was at and always helped me with any issues I had, including helping me through some of the legal paperwork given to me by my solicitor. I cannot advise enough for people to use the services of Reeds Rains, the whole process from beginning to end was exceptional and well worth a 5 star review. Thank you again to Tom and his team!!!

GoogleStill waiting for them to send me details a few more days and as we enter another week still waiting for details of property I gave the details for types of property most of the North Wales coastline would be suitable and any value up to 400000 my needs were worth three bedrooms garage and off-road parking and a garden I don't think that was too much to expect are they have very few properties available which means not many people use them m M4 but least courtesy would tell them to say we have nothing at the moment
