As a first time buyer the process of buying a house was stressful and often confusing, Danielle offered great guidance and remained professional throughout the entire process, highly recommend.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

Certainly wouldn't recommend this estate agent if you're putting your house on the market. Cant speak for all staff but the one dealing with our property was unprofessional, rude and unhelpful to say the least. Absolute waste of time. No viewings and few updates, had no choice but to appoint another estate agent and we're finally receiving the service, professionalism and viewings we expected in the first place. Very disappointing!

Sold a house through ll estates and from start to finish everyone on the team was amazing! No question was too much for them to answer, and they were brilliant at keeping us in the loop at all stages of the sale. It was a difficult decision to sell but am glad I used ll estates as the service was 10/10!
