Provided detailed statistical information with regard to their selling stats including properties achieving or closest to achieving the perspective asking prices. This for me evidenced the work they do and validates the experience of their team. They work above and beyond the business hours to provide a really good standard of service to the customer. Their approach is friendly and geared to steering clients through the selling process which is reassuring and allows the seller to feel confident in their ability to represent you and your property. I would highly recommend Newton and Fallowell and their team to anyone putting their house on the market or contemplating marketing their property.

GoogleFirst Class service from start to finish. As we all know moving house is stressful but these guys take it all in there stride and make things as easy as possible for you. They virtually sorted everything from the first viewing to mortgage and removals. I cannot recommend them enough. If you need to sell your house give Mark or one of his team a call.
