GoogleSpencer went above and beyond to help us with buying our first property. From the first viewing of the house to completion Spencer kept us updated and chased solicitors for answers and updates. Couldn't of asked for a better person to help us through it all.

GoogleFirst class service from all at AJ. From looking at my new build off plan, to choosing the interior options, Emily and the AJ team were extremely knowledgeable and always happy to provide guidance and advice. As a first time buyer, they were able to provide assistance with all aspects of my purchase, including the recommendation of a quality mortgage advisor and constantly keeping me up to date with how things were progressing. Can't recommend this team enough, absolutley 5*!

GoogleFrom putting the house on the market right through to the sale Alexander Jacob have been outstanding, I must mention Aaron who has kept me informed all the way from marketing the property through to the completion. Nothing has been too much trouble for him. He is always friendly, professional and easy to contact. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone buying, selling or letting a property. The house we sold was previously let and managed by the company and they have always maintained an outstanding service. Thank you so much for making a difficult situation very simple for me!

GoogleBrilliant staff. All very polite and helpful. The boss went the extra mile to make sure I got to view the property I was interested in.. I’m still interested but it’s a little out of my budget.. but that’s not their fault.

GoogleNow that we are past the madness of moving in and unpacking, we would like to take a moment to thank AJ sales team for all their hard work in getting us to the point. You really went above and beyond for us. Thank you also for the gift hamper we received upon completion, the vouchers included have made furnishing our new home a little cheaper! We'll be sure to use your services in the future. 5 Stars all round!

GoogleIt’s been a pleasure dealing with everyone at Alexander Jacob regarding our house sale and subsequent purchase. Viewing arrangements and property marketing were dealt with professionally and promptly by Emily (superstar!). Also, Spencer and Aaron relentlessly chased updates to progress sales, which can be an absolute nightmare at times, but both transactions were done and I don’t think this would have been possible without the entire team. Rod, who initially came to value the house, was a perfect blend of expertise and friendliness whereas others who valued the property seemed scripted and robotic - highly recommend!

GoogleWe are very unhappy with the services, they don’t respond to emails, after filling out the application they don’t give answers and in case of refusal they also don’t inform us. Unanswered work. It is not surprising that houses remain unavailable for a long time. I don't recommend it 👎 …

GoogleI like the way they do viewings. Everyone who has requested a viewing gets one and they then phone everyone afterwards to find out what they thought. It was only then that you were asked to put an offer forwards. So much better than arrange to view a property and find out on the way there, having travelled long distances to get there, that the viewing gets cancelled en route or just before you arrive, which has happened to me several times recently.

GoogleI would recommend Alexander Jacob, Estate Agents & Company, without hesitation. Rod, Emily and Aaron have offered a fantastic service throughout the marketing, viewing and sales process. From weekly progress reports to liaising with our appointed Solicitors, the team have been honest, hard-working, committed and above all, professionally focused on achieving the best price for our property. If you’re looking to sell your property, then do yourself a favour and speak to the team at Alexander Jacob. I recommend them without reservation.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleExtremely grateful to Alexander Jacobs for their fast and spectacular work, really went the extra mile to make sure as a customer/client I was accommodated to accordingly. Managed to get all my housing paperwork done fast and efficiently even with some issues with third party paperwork along the way they took time to sort them out themselves. Truly brilliant service
