Hi Mr Duffin, I am disappointed you felt the need to leave us a 1-star review. You made an offer on a property through a solicitor, our client rejected the offer, and we accepted a more substantial offer. A member of staff informed your solicitor that our client rejected your offer. I explained this to you when I called you on Friday to understand why the 1-star review was left. As an estate agent, it is our job to facilitate our client's wishes and communicate this with everyone, which we did. I do not understand what it is we have done to deserve this review. I hope that we are able to assist you in the future, and all the best with the search for your next property.
