We're on a mission... join us on it... In 1998, after a family member had a particularly bad experience with an estate agent, Perry Power dreamed of creating the ultimate estate agency. In 2014, powerbespoke was born to fix, what he felt, was a broken estate agency industry and given that recent statistics have shown that 79% of the UK population don't trust estate agents, there is clearly demand for a better way. The Mission: To fix a broken industry.

FacebookI must admit, I didn't have the highest respect for estate agents prior to purchasing from Power Bespoke having experienced years of poor service. To say I'm bowled over by this company is an understatement and that's coming from someone who is frequently told in appraisals that I don't praise the efforts of my staff enough! Truly exceptional. I'd rate six stars if it were possible.

View AgentsHighly motivated and helpful team, and successful.
During the course of the sale I met or spoke to most of the staff at one point or another and found them all to be very committed. I was also persuaded and given what I now regard as very good advice regarding contact with buyers. I would pass this on to potential clients. Trust your professionals, that's why you engage them.
