Communications and consistency of experience between them has been phenomenal, from arranging a first viewing to now overseeing all the legal elements. A really good experience. When I come to sell my current house, I'll without doubt be going with HM. GoogleHalliwell Marks are an exemplary estate agent, a real example of a bespoke agency showing the way…ahead of the bigger names. Our experience with them was an absolute pleasure, Hannah and Richard "held our hands" throughout the process. When we lost faith that the house would ever be sold, they had faith enough for all of us. We are now safely ensconced in our dream home and happier than we've ever been, thanks in no small part, to them. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleWe were rather disappointed by Richard's apparent lack of interest or empathy in engaging with us as potential clients when valuing our home, which seemed to be mainly because it's currently a home that's lived in rather than being up to "show home" quality. This stood out when compared with the other Reigate estate agents we "interviewed". We were also surprised that despite all the experience which he says he has of houses in the area, Richard admitted that he had to guess the value our home just because it has a larger garden than most others locally. Sorry Halliwell Marks but as you say yourselves, first impressions count, and for us they weren't that impressive.

GoogleI have recently used Halliwell Marks to sell my home and I can highly recommend them. Their mix of professionalism, local knowledge and high levels of personal service make them the obvious choice of Estste agent in the Reigate area. I don't believe there is any other business in the locality that understand the market and what their customers want so well. In fact if you're thinking of using another estate agent don't bother just call Halliwell Marks now, you won't regret it.

They are a friendly, organised and approachable estate agency that are very knowledgeable about their local area. Definitely the best we've dealt with in Reigate. They were instrumental in helping with a very smooth transaction process and we were able to complete on our purchase in Reigate quickly, the pressure was on as we were expecting our 2nd child. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We couldn't have been happier with our move and thank the Halliwell Marks team for all their advice and support to get us settled into our new family home.

GoogleWe first put our house on the market after we moved to our current property in August 2011. We tried 2 local agencies but had no offers. We instructed Halliwell Marks in January 2014, they attracted 19 viewings to an open day on 1 February and we received 4 offers. We completed the sale on 29 March, just 2 months after the open day. The price we obtained was more than 10% higher than that expected in 2013. Throughout the process, they acted professionally, with integrity and with calm authority during what was a highly emotional time. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleWe found Halliwell Marks to be realistic, helpful, friendly and communicative. They accurately assessed the value of our property, took realistic photographs and provided an appealing marketing strategy. We sold our house with in the first weekend. The process through to completion was managed by their extremely efficient sales progress or and we have had compliments from other parties relating to the professionalism, timely manner and friendliness of the staff. We highly recommend them.

GoogleFantastic - the whole team were really helpful when I let my flat and then again when I went on to sell it. They were always on hand to help and did a lot of work to ensure the sale went through as quickly as possible. The letting is outsourced to another company but they were the best agents I had used in almost ten years of letting. I couldn't recommend Halliwell Marks highly enough.

GoogleRecently re-let my property with Halliwell marks, working with Duncan directly, service and communication were excellent and proactive at all times taking the stress away. Duncan hosted an open day, getting multiple offers over the asking price. Service was great from start to finish, also taking control of the management liaison, and will definitely use Duncan again.
